Chocolate "Philly" Frosting

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, softened
1 TBS. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
5 c. sifted powdered sugar
3 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled

Combine softened cream cheese, milk, vanilla and salt, mixing until well blended. Gradually add sugar, mixing well
after each addition. Stir in chocolate. Fills and frosts two 8 or 9-inch cake layers or one 9x13.
