Coopers Family's Butter Frosting

3 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter
4 Tablespoons cream or evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream the butter. Add in the confectioners sugar, cream and vanilla. Continue to cream until mixture is well blended and fluffy.
