Frosting Creamed Cheese Icing by catchy13

16 oz of softened cream cheese
1 1/2 stick of butter softened
5 cups of confectionary sugar
vanilla
milk (ONLY if needed to soften)

Whip the above ingredients together adding more or less sugar to taste.

I added 2 tsps. of ginger (I had made a pineapple spice cake) I bet the ginger would be great with the pumkin!
