CREAMED ICING
1/4 c. water or milk
1 lb. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or other
flavoring
1 c. Crisco shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
Cream shortening for 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
Add liquid, sugar, salt and flavoring. Mix 2 or 3 minutes.
One of the best frostings you'll ever taste!!
