Frosting: Mom's Cake Icing

Mom's Cake Icing
(Cooper & Williams Families)

1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained, (reserve juice)
1 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
2 Tablespoons flour


Put pineapple juice in pan. Add sugar, margarine, flour and cook until thickened. Let mixture cool and add in the pineapple and spread on cake.
