Real Fudge Frosting
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. light cream
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
In medium saucepan, cook sugar, cocoa, corn syrup and cream over medium heat to a softball stage. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Add butter and vanilla; beat until thick enough to stay on cake.
