No-Bake Chocolate Cake
400 g (2 packets) Marie biscuits
250 g (2 packets) Boudoir biscuits (sponge fingers)
250 g butter
125 ml sugar
4 eggs
90 ml cocoa powder
45 ml vanilla essence
200 g milk chocolate
100 g white chocolate
Crush biscuits together into small pieces in a big bowl (great activity for kids).
Melt butter and sugar. Beat eggs and add to butter/sugar mixture. Add cocoa and vanilla essence. Add this mixture to crushed biscuits and mix thoroughly. Press mixture into a 20 cm diameter springform tin and refrigerate until cold. Remove from springform tin.
Melt milk chocolate and pour over cake, then melt white chocolate and drizzle on top. Refrigerate until chocolate has set.
