Ooey Gooey Butter Cake

Layer One:
2 eggs
1 stick butter -- melted
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Layer Two:
1 pkg. cream cheese -- (8 oz.) softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 box confectioner's sugar -- (16 oz.)
Combine all the ingredients for layer one. Pat into a buttered 9x13" pan.
Combine all the ingredients for layer two, spoon over layer one.
Bake 350* for 30-40 minutes. Cut into bars.
Store in refrigerator.
