Pineapple Cake
1 pkg. butter recipe golden cake mix
4 eggs room temperature
1 cup oil
1 (11oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
Icing:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in it's own juice
1 (12 oz.) carton whipped non-dairy topping
Line 3-9 inch cake pans with foil and spray with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl beat all cake ingredients at medium speed for four minutes. Pour into pans bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in cake pans
To prepare icing beat pudding and pineapple until thick then fold in Cool Whip. Ice in between layers top and sides. Refrigerate til ready to serve.
