Cream Cheese Pound Cake
source: Kentucky Kitchens Volume 1
1 1/2 c butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
3 c sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
3 c flour
Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one a time, blending after each addition. Add extracts and flour, blend until smooth. Do not overbeat. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 fro 1 1/4 hours or until tests done.
