Deliciously Addictive Almond Rocca
1 cup Butter (no subs.)
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 strip of Soda Crackers
1-1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Slivered Almonds
Line a small cookie sheet with tin foil and spray with 'Pam'. Cover cookie sheet with crackers.
Bring butter and brown sugar to a boil and cook until thick and sugar has melted. Spread over crackers and put in 300' oven for 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let stand until chocolate is shiny. Spread to cover. Sprinkle almonds on top. (Those toffee bits would be awesome too).
Place in fridge or freezer (depending on how much time you have!) to set. Once set, lift it by the tin foil onto a tea towel (which catches the crumbs and saves on clean up). Let candy soften enough to cut into squares - peel off the tin foil. Keep in fridge.
