White Chocolate Peppermint Bark
12 OZ. TO 1 Pound of white chocolate candy wafers
1 small bag red/green peppermint crunch (approx. 2/3 to 3/4 cup)
Melt white chocolate in a microwave on high for approximately 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Mix in crushed peppermint. Immediately pour onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet and spread in a thin layer. Cool. When hardened, break into pieces.
