Cream Cheese Mints

CREAM CHEESE MINTS 

3 c. 10x confectioners' sugar 
3 oz. cream cheese 
1 tsp. mint flavoring 

Mix and knead as for pie dough. Roll in balls, dip in sugar and press the 
balls into molds; unmold at once. 

Use food coloring, if desired, and flavor to correspond with color. For 
example, if white mints, add peppermint flavoring; for winter green flavor add green or pink coloring and for lemon mints, 
add lemon flavoring and yellow food coloring. To make chocolate mints, add 
3 teaspoons cocoa and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
