Fudge Almost Fudge

Almost Fudge

8 oz. cream cheese
1 oz unsweetened baker's chocolate
6 packets of artificial sweetener
1/4 Cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon peanut butter


Melt cream cheese and peanut butter in microwave for about 2 minutes in 1 minute intervals.

Melt chocolate in a separate bowl until creamy.

Combine together in a mixing bowl and whisk in sweetener and cream.

Pour into a glass pan sprayed with non-stick spray and chill.

Fudge will be slightly gooey.
