Caramel Fudge
2 c. sugar
2 t. light corn syrup
2/3 c. evaporated milk
10 oz. caramel sauce
1/4 t. maple flavor
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Line 9x9 pan with foil and butter sides. Combine sugar, milk, syrup and caramel in saucepan and heat stirring constantly on med. heat until boiling. Continue boiling until it reaches 235 on candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, maple flavor and nuts. Spread fudge into pan and allow to cool completely
