Fudge - Chocolate Peanut Butter
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 sticks parkay margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk (5 1/3 oz. can)
6 oz. chocolate chips
7 oz. marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 T. margarine & 1/3 cup evaporated milk in a 1 1/2 qt. pan.
Bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Continue boiling 4 min. over medium heat. Remove from heat, stir in choc. chips until melted. Add 1/2 jar marshmallow cream & 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
Beat until well blended. Pour in greased 9X13" pan. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Substituting peanut butter for chocolate chips. Spread over chocolate layer.
