HERE IS A RECIPE FOR CREAM CHEESE FUDGE
1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese, softened.
1 TBSP. Milk
2 cups unsifted powdered sugar
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 Cup chopped nuts
combine cheese and milk; beat until smooth. beat in
sugar gradually; then blend in melted chocolate.
Stir in vanilla, salt and nuts. Press into lightly
buttered 8 inch square pan. Mark in 24 pieces.
Chill until firm, then cut. Makes 1 pound.
