Dreamsicle Fudge
3 cups sugar
1 stick margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 (7-oz) jar marshmallow creme
1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
3 Tablespoons orange flavoring
6-9 drops red food coloring
5-6 drops yellow food coloring
Mix sugar, margarine and milk together and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallow creme, white chocolate chips and orange flavoring. Mix well until all chocolate chips are melted. Add food coloring until orange in color. Pour in buttered 9/13 inch dish. Let cool until set, cut into squares.
Yield: 3 1/2 dozen
