Easy Fabulous Fudge

12 ounces German Sweet Chocolate, chopped
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
4 1/2 cups sugar
15 ounce can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups chopped nuts


Line 9x13 pan with saran wrap and butter well, set aside.

Place chocolates and marshmallow creme in large bowl of electric mixer.

Combine the sugar, milk, butter and salt in a heavy 3 or 4 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. When the mixture comes to a boil, lower the heat to medium and set a timer for 6 minutes. Keep the mixture boiling steadily and stirring constantly to prevent scorching.

At the end of 6 minutes, pour the hot mixture over the chocolates and creme, beat until they
are melted and well blended. Fold in the vanilla and nuts. Pour into the prepared pan and let fudge cool
24 hours at room temperature before cutting.

Yield: 5 pounds
