Easy Fudge

1 (12 oz) package of choc chips or peanut butter chips
1 (14 oz) can of Eagle Brand MilkŪ
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c. of pecans or walnuts


Melt choc or PB chips over hot water. Add Eagle Brand and vanilla and mix well. Fold in nuts. Spread into a 8 x 8 inch buttered pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares.

You can also use 1/2 choc and 1/2 butterscotch chips or 1/2 choc and 1/2 peanut butter chips.

Here’s neat trick to melt the chips. When baking cookies I turn the oven off and put the chips in the oven to melt. Works well.
