Fantasy Fudge
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) margarine or butter
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 pkg. (12. oz.) semi-sweet choc. chips
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 cup chopped nuts, optional
1 tsp. vanilla
Microwave directions: Lightly grease 13 x 9 or 9 inch pan.
Microwave margarine in 4 quart bowl on high 1 minute or until melted. Add sugar and milk, mix well. Micro on high 5 minutes or until mix begins to boil, stirring after 3 minutes. Mix well; scrape bowl. Micro on high 5 1/2 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Gradually stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingred. mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Cool at room temperature, cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds.
