NO-FAIL PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
1 cp Buttery Crisco
1 cp peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
2 1/2 tsp vanilla ext
2 cp powdered sugar
Melt Crisco; remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into an ungreased 8 X 8 pan. Let cool and cut into squares.
I used chunky peanut butter and Fred thought that was enough nuts in it but depends on how much they like nuts.
