Pat’s Two-Toned Fudge

1 stick butter
1 can condensed milk
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
10 1/2 oz. bag tiny marshmallows
12 oz. dark chocolate chips
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups lightly chopped peanuts

Combine butter, condensed milk and sugar. Boil 5 minutes. Stir occasionally in large pot. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Add vanilla. Turn off heat and pour half of mixture into bowl with milk chocolate chips. Stir until melted.

Do the same with dark chocolate chips and the remaining half of mixture.

Pour dark chocolate mixture in to foil lined 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle on 1 1/2 cups of chopped peanuts. Pour milk chocolate mixture on top and spread evenly. Cool in refrigerator overnight or longer (lightly
covered with foil).

When fudge has hardened, cut into chunks and separate. Return to refrigerator for 5 or more hours or until dry. Wrap each piece separately in plastic wrap.

Fudge will keep months in refrigerator or until the children find it.
