Peanut Butter Fudge
2 Tbsp. peanut butter (may substitute with crunchy peanut butter)
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. water
Combine all ingredients and mix well; press on wax paper and shape into bars. Chill 30 minutes. Serves 2 (147 calories)
Peanut Butter Fudge
2 cups golden brown sugar
2/3 cup milk
4 heaping Tbsp. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Mix sugar and milk and boil slowly until mixture forms soft ball in water. Remove from stove. Add butter, but do not stir. When it's lukewarm, add peanut butter, vanilla and nuts. Stir until creamy. Spread in buttered dish and place in refrigerator. When it hardens, cut into squares.
Peanut Butter Fudge
1 1/4 pkg. peanut butter chips
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
nuts
Melt 1 1/4 packages of peanut butter chips in microwave (approximately 2 to 3 minutes). Add 1 can Eagle Brand milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and nuts. Spread in pan. Let cool for approximately 1 hour in refrigerator.
