Fudge Pistacachio

Pistachio Fudge

56 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. margarine, melted
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
2 c. milk
2 pt. vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip


Preheat oven to 325° F.

Mix together crackers and melted butter.

Put into bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Bake for 10 minutes; cool.

While cooling, blend together dry pudding, milk and ice cream.

Pour over cooled crust.

Refrigerate until firm.

When ready to serve, top with whipped topping.
