ROCKY ROAD FUDGE DELUXE
(Makes about 3 pounds) Prep time: 10 minutes.

1 (10 ounces) package miniature marshmallows
2 cups peanuts
2 cups (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
2 teaspoons butter or margarine
1 (14 ounces) can Eagle Brand Creamy Chocolate Sweetened Condensed
Milk, (NOT evaporated milk)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Dash salt

In large bowl, combine marshmallows and peanuts. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips and butter with sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Remove from heat; stir into marshmallow mixture.

Spread into aluminum foil-lined 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Remove from pan; peel off foil and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
