Fudge recipe

3 CUPS SUGAR
1/2 CUP BUTTER/MARGARINE
2/3 CUP EVAPORATED MILK (5 oz)
12 OZ BAG CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1 JAR MARSHMALLOW CREME (7 OZ)
1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS (OPTIONAL)
1 TESP VANILLA

IN A LARGE MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL COMBINE SUGAR, BUTTER AND EVAPORATED MILK. STIR WELL AND MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES. STIR WELL AND MICROWAVE 3 MORE MINUTES. STIR WELL AND MICROWAVE 4 MORE MINUTES. STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS, MARSHMALLOW
CREME, NUTS AND VANILLA. BE EXTRA CAREFULL AS BOWL WILL GET PRETTY HOT!

POUR CANDY INTO A BUTTERED 9 X 13 PAN. COOL, PREFERABLE OVERNIGHT, THEN CUT INTO SQUARES.
