1 C Vanilla White Chips
2 Jars 3 1/2 Oz. Macadamia Nuts -- Whole Or Chopped
1/2 Tsp Finely Grated Orange Peel
Line cookie sheets with wax paper. Place chips in medium microwavable bowl Microwave uncovered on High for 40 to 60 sec., stirring every 30 secs, until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in nuts and orange peel. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper or drop into silver mini muffin wrapers. And while you're at it, melt a ounce of semisweet chocolate and drizzle back and forth across candies. Store covered in refrigerater. Makes 2 dozen candies.
