Mints
1 lb. dark chocolate
1/2 lb. green chocolate
mint oil to taste
mint molds
Melt chocolates in separate bowls. Add mint oil to green chocolate. Pour dark chocolate in mold, layer with green, then dark chocolate again.
Freeze until solid. Remove from mold.
