Passover Toffee

1 box thin tea matzah
1 c butter/margarine
1 c light brown sugar
1 c chopped walnuts
1 c chocolate chips

Line a greased cookie sheet (with sides) with matzah.

In a saucepan, bring butter and sugar to a boil; boil for five minutes, stirring CONSTANTLY. Add nuts. Pour mixture over matzah. Bake for 10 minutes at a 350 oven.

While still hot, sprinkle chocolate chips over mixture. As soon as they start to melt, spread with a knife.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Take out and chop into pieces. Store in airtight container.
