Peanutbutter Bombs

3 cups crunchy peanutbutter (i used Jif)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 bags (24 oz.) milk chocolate chips (Hershey's bake shoppe is the best)
2 Tbl. butter

In large mixing bowl, cream peanutbutter and sugar until combined. Refrigerate for an hour or more for easier handling and dipping.

Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl on high for 2 minutes or until melted and smooth. Stir every minute to make melting faster.

Shape peanutbutter into desired shape (i made them egg shaped and they were nice and big, probably a heaping tablespoon or so of dough, maybe more! In this case more is always better! hehe).

Dip shapes into melted chocolate and coat all sides

Set coated candies on wax paper covered cookie sheets; after set about 10 - 15 minutes, cover loosely and refrigerate overnight, or until chocolate is completely hardened.
