REESE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS (KNOCKOFF)
1 c. melted butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Mix butter, sugar and peanut butter and pat into cupcake tins. Chill. Melt 12 ounce package chocolate chips and pour over peanut butter cups.
PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
1 box confectioners sugar
3/4 c. melted margarine
1 c. peanut butter
1-1/3 c. crushed graham crackers
1-1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
Mix confectioners sugar, margarine, peanut butter and crackers; press in 7 x 11-inch pan. Melt chocolate chips; spread over bottom. When firm, cut. These taste like Reese's peanut butter cups.
