Good Bar Cookies (Just like Peanut Butter Cups)
1 pkg. (about 20) graham crackers 2 sticks oleo
rolled fine (2 c.) 1 c. peanut butter
1 lb. powdered sugar (3 1/2 c.)
Mix all together well, using your hands. Pat in a 9x13 inch pan. Melt 4 squares of chocolate bark and spread over bars.
I use part chocolate and part white chocolate on mine.
