Sue’s Microwave Peanut Patties
2/3 cup light corn syrup
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 pt heavy cream
2-3 cups raw peanuts
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
red food color to suit you
Mix syrup, sugar and cream in large microwave bowl. Heat; add peanuts and cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat.
Add butter, vanilla and food color ( make them color you like). Stir until creamy and cool. Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper. Keep in tight container.
