SKOR BARS (very tasty but certainly not low in fat)
1. lINE A COOKIE SHEET WITH TIN FOIL-SHINEY SIDE UP.
2. SPRAY WITH PAM.
3. COVER WITH PREMIUM PLUS CRACKERS
4. BOIL 1 CUP BUTTER AND 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR FOR
2 MINUTES ONCE IT REACHES BOILING POINT.
5. POUR OVER CRACKERS.
6. Bake at300 DEGREE OVEN FOR 6 MINUTES.
7. TAKE OUT OF OVER AND SPRINKLE 1 FULL BAG (300g)
OF MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER THE TOP.
8. ONCE CHOCLATE CHIPS TURN SHINY, SPREAD WITH A KNIFE.
9. PLACE IN FREEZER FOR 40 MINUTES.
10. REMOVE TIN FOIL AND CUT.
P.S. TO KEEP: REFRIGERATE IN CONTAINER WITH WAXED
PAPER BETWEEN THE LAYERS!
