2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 jar marshmallow creme -- (7 oz.)
1 pkg. chocolate wafer cookies -- (9 oz.) finely crushed
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Variation: Substitute chopped nuts or chocolate sprinkles for cocoa and powdered

Dissolve instant coffee in juice; stir in vanilla. Gradually add coffee mixture to marshmallow creme, mixing with electric mixer until well blended.

Add crumbs, pecans and peel; mix well.

Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in combined cocoa and powdered sugar; refrigerate until firm.
