Chocolate Mousse Balls
16 oz. milk chocolate
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
2/3 cup crushed vanilla wafers
Melt chocolate in saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently. Cool to room temp.
Beat in Cool Whip. Chill, covered for 1 hour.
Shape into 1 inch balls (I think I used a cookie scoop) and roll in vanilla wafer crumbs.
Place in paper petits fours cups.
Chill until serving time. Store leftovers in the fridge.
About 65 servings
