Chili Fritos Casserole 
  
4-6 cups chili 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 
2 ribs celery, diced 
1/2 medium onion, chopped 
Chili powder (to taste) 
Grated Cheddar cheese 
Regular Fritos 
Brown ground beef; add celery and onion and cook until vegetables are translucent. Add chili and chili powder. Simmer, adding a small amount of water, if necessary. 
In casserole dish, layer meat mixture, cheese, Fritos; repeat, ending with Fritos. Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles (about 15 minutes).
