GROUND BEEF AND CABBAGE TOPPER 
INGREDIENTS: 
1 lbą 90% lean Ground Beef 
1 med Onion, chopped fine 
1/2 med Cabbage, chopped 
1/4 cup All-purpose Flour 
1/4 tsp Paprika 
Salt and Pepper to taste 
2 cups 2% Low-fat Milk 
INSTRUCTIONS: 
In a large sauce pan cook the ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is transparent. 
Stir in the cabbage and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. 
Sprinkle with flour, paprika, salt and pepper and mix well. 
Gradually stir in the milk and bring to a boil. 
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cabbage is tender. 
Serve over mashed, baked or boiled potatoes.
