ITALIAN CRESCENT CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms
Ragu spaghetti sauce
4 oz. sour cream
6 oz. shredded Provel or Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. crescent rolls
Parmesan cheese

In skillet, brown hamburger and onion; drain. Add mushrooms. Add enough Ragu to make a very thick consistency mixture.

Place in 9x13 pan and spread out evenly. Mix sour cream and shredded cheese; dollop over top of meat mixture and smooth out as evenly as possible.

Open crescent rolls and lay on top of casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until crescent rolls are brown.

(I serve this with spaghetti seasoned with garlic and butter, and a tossed salad.)
