Lazy Golapki

2 or 3 lb. hamburger
1 c. rice (MinuteŽ rice)
1 can tomato soup or paste
1 large or small head cabbage (depending)
2 onions, chopped finely


Preheat oven to 350° F.

Brown hamburger and onions in frying pan.

Meanwhile, cook rice as directed and set aside.

Boil cabbage to tender.

When cabbage is done, set aside to cool.

When cabbage is cooled, shred in pieces in a baking pan.

Add hamburger mixture to cabbage mixture and mix well.

Add rice to that and mix everything together.

Pour tomato soup or paste on top before baking in a preheated 350 degrees oven for about 1/2 to 1 hour.
