sliced corned beef, about 1 lb.
4 oz. Swiss cheese
1 (16 oz) jar sauerkraut, about 2 cups, squeezed of most of the juice
4 Tbl. Thousand Island dressing


Layer corned beef in the bottom of a 7x11 or 9x9-inch baking dish. Spread dressing over beef. Top with sauerkraut. Lay four (1 oz.) pieces of cheese over the sauerkraut, cutting pieces to cover all.

Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot.
