SHEPPARDS PIE
2 lbs ground beef
l onion
2 cans french cut green beans, drained
2 cans tomato soup
l large pkg instant mashed potatoes
l cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
salt & pepper to taste
Fry ground beef and onions, drain. In large bowl put beans and soup, stir. Add drained beef and onions. Put incasserole dish. Make up instant potatoes per pkg directions and spread across top, making sure all edges are sealed. Sprinkle shredded cheese across top. Bake at 375 until cheese melts & casserole bubbles. This serves about 6 so I would double.
