SHIPWRECK CASSEROLE

1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned
1 onion, sliced or diced, as preferred
1 qt. potatoes, cooked and diced
1 pt. carrots cooked and diced
8 oz package of noodles, cooked
1 pt peas
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of celery soup
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of mushroom soup

Place in order given in a casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

SHIPWRECK CASSEROLE # 2

3 tbsp butter
1 qt sliced potatoes
1/4 c uncooked rice
1 can (6 oz) kidney beans
2 tsp salt
1/2 c water*
1 large onion, sliced
desired amount of hamburger
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 1/2 c tomatoes
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix all together raw in a baking dish. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350.

*I've used tomato juice, sauce and/or V8 juice in place of the water - and I spice it up a bit.
