Sloppy Joe Under a Bun
11/2 pounds ground beef
1 can (15 1/2 ounces) sloppy joe sauce
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups Bisquick®
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 400° F.
In a skillet, cook beef till no longer pink; drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce; mix well. Transfer to a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking pan; sprinkle with cheese.
In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, eggs and milk just till blended. Pour over cheese; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 25 minutes or till golden brown. Yield: 8 servings.
