Steak and Taters 
3 T. flour 
Salt and pepper to taste 
3 lbs. round steak 
1 small onion, chopped 
7 medium potatoes 
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans of cream of mushroom soup 
1 cup milk 
4 1/2 ounce can of button mushrooms 
Preheat oven to 300° F.
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. 
Cut round steak into 2" pieces and dip into flour mixture to coat. 
In a skillet, brown meat and onion in a small amount of oil; set aside. 
Peel and slice potatoes into 1/8 inch thick slices. 
Place in saucepan and cover with water. 
Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes; drain. 
Mix mushroom soup with milk. 
Layer potatoes, steak, mushrooms, and soup mixture ending with soup. 
Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
