Swiss Steak Supper 
1 1/2 lbs. boneless round steak, cut in 6 pieces 
1/2 tsp peppered seasoned salt 
6 to 8 new potatoes, cut into fourths 
1 1/2 cups baby cut carrots 
1 med. onion sliced 
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained 
1 jar (12 oz.) homestyle beef gravy 
Chopped fresh parsley 
Spray skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. 
Sprinkle beef with seasoned salt and cook in skillet for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once to brown. 
Layer potatoes, carrots, beef and onion in 4 to 5 qt cooker. 
Mix tomatoes and gravy and pour over mixture in crockpot. 
Cover and cook on low heat setting for 7 to 8 hours until beef and veggies are done. 
Sprinkle with parsley.
