Tamale Pot Pie
1 lb. lean ground beef 
10 oz. pkg. frozen corn 
14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained 
2 oz. can sliced olives, drained 
2 Tbsp. Bisquick 
1 Tbsp. chili powder 
2 tsp. ground cumin 
1/2 tsp. salt 
Topping: 
1 c. Bisquick 
1/2 c. cornmeal 
1/2 c. milk 
1 egg 
In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Mix topping ingredients. 
Pour mixture into 9 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish. Top with cornmeal mixture. Bake at 400° for about 25 minutes or until crust is light brown. Serves 6 
High altitude: Bake 30 minutes.
