  YAMAZZATI 
  1 lb. very lean ground beef 
  2 onions, chopped 
  1 green pepper, chopped 
  1 stalk celery, chopped 
  1 can tomato soup 
  1 can mushroom soup 
  1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese 
  1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles 
  Prepare egg noodles according to package directions; drain. In skillet, brown ground beef; add onions, green pepper, and celery and cook until vegetables are done. Add soups and cheese; simmer until cheese is melted. Stir in cooked noodles and mix well. Pour into 3 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
