Egg and Sausage Breakfast Dish 
from River Road Recipes II... A Second Helping 
 
1 pound cooked, drained sausage 
6 eggs, slightly beaten 
2 cups milk 
1 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon dry mustard 
2 slices crushed, day-old bread 
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese 
3 tablespoons chopped onion 
Mix ingredients and let sit overnight in an 11x7x1-1/2 inch pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This is great for Sunday brunch. 
SERVES 6
